As part of a strategically important project for the world's largest reinsurer, our team was responsible for comprehensive test management and test automation. The focus was on quality assurance of a web application used in the reinsurance environment. By further developing and implementing automated End-to-End tests with Cypress as well as the introduction of component tests with Cypress for Angular applications in TypeScript, we were able to make the test process significantly more efficient.
Our expertise in the field of test engineering enabled us to ensure a seamless integration of these tests into the existing CI/CD pipelines, supporting the continuous delivery of high-quality software solutions. By using Azure DevOps for the creation and management of bug tickets, as well as close collaboration with the specialist departments and the development team, errors could be identified and resolved at an early stage.
This project demonstrates our ability to optimize complex test processes according to ISTQB standards and to successfully integrate innovative technologies such as Cypress, Angular and TypeScript into the development process. This allowed us to make a significant contribution to improving software quality and efficiency in a highly regulated environment.
